it's only nine thirty and it's already terrible! i'm so upset that sometimes i have a lot of energy and feel like im going to be sick and i cry constantly and sometimes i have no energy and i just walk around like a zombie and i like that better cause i feel all numb so its not as bad as feeling sadness and ahh i keep shaking ;;
